不(bú)鏽鋼(gāng)磁力泵的(de)正确使用(yòng)要領

不鏽(xiù)鋼磁力(lì)泵(bèng)使用(yòng)中環境(jìng)應小于(yú)40℃、電機(jī)溫升不得(dé)超過(guò)75℃。當 不鏽鋼(gāng)磁力泵 抽(chōu)吸液面高于泵(bèng)軸心(xīn)線時，起動前打(dǎ)開吸入(rù)管道閥(fá)門即(jí)可，若(ruò)抽吸液面低(dī)于泵軸(zhóu)心線(xiàn)時，管道需(xū)配底(dǐ)閥。對于輸(shū)送液爲易沉澱(diàn)結晶的(de)介質，使用後(hòu)應及時清(qīng)洗，排淨泵内積(jī)液(yè)。不(bú)鏽鋼磁力(lì)泵被輸送的介(jiè)質及其(qí)溫(wēn)度應(yīng)在泵材允許範(fàn)圍内。工程塑料(liào)泵的使用溫度(dù)＜60℃，金屬泵的(de)使用(yòng)溫度小于100℃，輸送(sòng)吸入(rù)壓力不大于0.2mpa，大(dà)工作壓力(lì)1.6mpa、密度(dù)不大(dà)于1600kg/m3,粒(lì)度不大于30×10-6m2/s的不(bú)含硬顆料和纖(xiān)維的(de)液體。不鏽(xiù)鋼磁力泵運行(háng)500小(xiǎo)時後，應拆軸(zhóu)承和(hé)端面(miàn)動(dòng)環(huán)的磨損情況若軸承和軸套的間隙大(dà)于0.5~1mm,葉輪(lún)軸向竄動(dòng)1.5~2mm時，應(yīng)更換(huàn)軸(zhóu)承和軸(zhóu)向動環。因(yīn) 不鏽(xiù)鋼磁(cí)力(lì)泵 軸承(chéng)的冷(lěng)卻和潤滑(huá)是靠(kào)被(bèi)輸送的(de)介質，所以(yǐ)禁止(zhǐ)空運(yùn)轉，同(tóng)時避(bì)免在工作(zuò)中途(tú)停電後再啓動(dòng)時所造成載時(shí)空載運轉(圖\文(wén) xiaojikuaipao.top/index.asp )。
